DELIVERY METHOD & TIMING POLICY

All standard shipping is made by the following method unless otherwise specified:

All products ordered will be shipped within five (5) business days. The five (5) business days begins on the business day following the receipt of the order.

Standard shipping is via US Postal Service or UPS Ground, at the discretion of Lukesh Consulting Group, Inc. (LCG). As such, delivery of products ordered is subject to shipping schedules of US Postal Service or UPS Ground, which vary by delivery location.

Shipments outside the 48 contiguous states may require alternate shipping and additional shipping charges. Any additional shipping charges will be communicated to the customer prior to shipping an order. As such, failure of a customer to respond to any emails or contacts to verify additional shipping charges will delay the shipment of an order until confirmation is received.

Non-standard shipments must be specified and paid for in advance by the customer.

All shipping charges, if any, are in US Dollars (USD).

LCG reserves all rights not expressly granted herein. LCG hereby incorporates the provisions of all other Policies on the LCG web site, www.hrcontrarian.com, into this Policy.
