LCG is not a search firm or a temp agency. We are Human Resource (HR) Consultants who are engaged by management to act in management’s best interest. We conduct ourselves as your company’s HR Manager. As such, we:

(A). DO NOT provide a database of candidates,
(B). DO NOT solicit resumes except when we are engaged in filling an open position for you, and
(C). DO NOT charge based on a percentage of the new employee’s salary.

If you have used recruiting firms or temp agencies in the past, you know that they don’t do the tough interviewing analysis required to properly vet a candidate.

Take it from me, Rich Lukesh, I have retained dozens of contingency and exclusive search firms over my 35+ year career and for a brief period of time I worked as a Physician Search Consultant. Unless you are dealing with a very high-end headhunter, the objective of temp agencies and search firms is to send “acceptable” candidates for interviews, despite the minimum candidate criteria that you have requested, and hope that the “magic” happens in the interview that will cause you to hire one of these candidates.

Search firms and temp agencies get paid to place people, not do the hard work of selecting the best candidates. And, they get paid very well for simply referring a bunch of resumes – sometimes up to 30% of the first year’s salary of the new hire. In their defense, these organizations also have certain legal constraints that prevent them from truly acting as your representative in a hiring situation.

Our Interviewing Services specifically require us to act as your representative in weeding out the candidates who do not meet your specifications.

Our Interviewing Service is a customized program based on the book, “Secrets To Hiring Success” (http://www.hrcontrarian.com/white_papers/), that delivers to you the top 3 to 5 candidates for interviews at your office.

Customized Interviewing Service:

You select the interviewing services that you want us to perform from the following list, or make up your own list:

  1. Write and place newspaper and/or internet ads.
  2. Review all resumes submitted.
  3. Conduct phone interviews with the top candidates to select the 3 to 5 people for you to interview.
  4. Schedule interviews for you.
  5. Present you with a written summary of qualifications and responses for each candidate that you will interview.
  6. Debrief candidates after the in-person interview with you.
  7. Conduct employment reference checks and verification of credentials.
  8. Assist with negotiation of compensation.
  9. Present a verbal offer and/or prepare the offer letter for your signature.
  10. Contact all the unsuccessful candidates and provide them with a legally compliant reason that they were not selected.

We work on our normal Consulting Hourly Rate and we can work with any budget constraints that you set. Our program is designed to deliver an overall savings to you of 60%+ compared to traditional search methods.

Non-Member Investment: $175.00 Per Hour
Member: $122.50 Per Hour (30% Savings)
