Onsite Weekly Outsourced HR

Lukesh Consulting Group (LCG) will place a HR Consultant at your facility 1 day per week to provide a range of HR services that a full-time HR Manager would normally provide. In exchange for a minimum 6 month agreement, LCG will provide a significantly discounted rate for this onsite service.

The HR Services that LCG can provide include activities in 10 major areas:

  1. Employment & Recruiting – Job Analysis, Job Descriptions, Help Wanted & Internet Employment Ads, Behavior-Based Interviewing, Multi-Assessment Hiring Process, Skills & DISC Behavior Testing, Drug Testing, Confidentiality & Non-Compete Agreements, Reference & Background Checks.

  2. Training & Development – Employee Orientation, Performance Measurements, Productivity Enhancement, Employee Coaching, Interpersonal Skills Training, New Manager Orientation.

  3. Compensation – Wage & Salary Administration, Wage Scales & Pay Structure, Surveys of Wages, Executive Compensation, Bonus/Profit Sharing Programs, Sales Incentive Plans, Team-Based Rewards, Customer Satisfaction-Based Rewards.

  4. Benefits – Insurance & Retirement Plan Administration, Benefit Surveys, Reducing Benefit Costs, Workers Compensation Administration.

  5. Employee Services – Responding to Benefit & Insurance Questions, Attitude & Opinion Surveys, Substance Abuse Program, A “Sounding Board” for Employee Concerns, Career Development, Employee Suggestion Program, Dispute Resolution Program, Employee Loyalty.

  6. Records Administration – EEO, ERISA, I9, and required filings.

  7. Labor/Civil Law (State & Federal) Compliance – Unemployment Filings & Hearings, Disciplinary Action Program, Required Posters, Employee References, Preventing Workplace Violence, ADA, ADEA, COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, FLSA, NLRA, OSHA, Title VII, USERRA.

  8. HR Strategic Planning – Succession Planning, Labor Forecasting, Organizational Culture & Values Assessment, Employee Motivation.

  9. Non-Monetary Motivation – Employee Activities, Recognition Programs.

  10. Organizational Effectiveness – Employee Manual, Facilitate Organizational Growth & Change, Exit Interviews, Turnover & Absenteeism Analysis, Manage Conflict & Build Common Ground, Manager Development & Coaching.

Non-Member Investment: $150.00 Per Hour
Member: $90.00 Per Hour (40% Savings)
