REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Refunds:
If a customer requests a refund in writing or verbally, the money for the requested transaction will be refunded back to the customer within 10 business days from the date of the request, provided the request falls within the specific guarantee provided for the specific product and provided the customer provides all the information necessary to execute the refund such as name, address, product purchased, price paid for the product, type of transaction (e.g., credit card, check, PayPal, etc.), account information (e.g., credit card number, name on the card, etc.).

No refunds are available for services provided.

If the refund is for a recurring billing product and/or service, then the return policy allows that the next scheduled payment following the date of the request for cancellation will not be billed but all payments billed on or prior to the date of the request for cancellation will not be returned. A refund on a recurring billing product and/or service will also result in a cancellation of that particular product and/or service.

If a customer requests a cancellation for a recurring billing product and/or service, no future rebills will be charged to the customer’s account. Keep in mind, a cancellation will not generate a refund - it will only stop any future rebills.

Returns:
Products may be returned at the sole discretion of Lukesh Consulting Group, Inc. (LCG) not more than one (1) year after shipment or as specified in the specific guarantee offered for the specific product.

Cancellations:
Any request by a customer for a cancellation of any order will be honored by LCG. If the product has shipped, the customer will be charged for the item and receive a refund upon return of the product. If the product has not shipped, the order will be cancelled and any charges applied will be credited to the customer.

Replacements:
LCG will replace any products that a customer receives that are damaged during shipment or are defective upon receipt, at no charge to the customer. All the customer needs to do is call or email LCG with the request.

LCG reserves all rights not expressly granted herein. LCG hereby incorporates the provisions of all other Policies on the LCG web site, www.hrcontrarian.com, into this Policy.
