Security

BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT YOU HEREBY AGREE TO AND DO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD LCG, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, CONTENT PROVIDERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND CONTRACTORS (HEREINAFTER KNOWN AS THE "INDEMNIFIED PARTIES") AND HOLD THEM, AND EACH OF THEM, HARMLESS FROM AND WILL DEFEND THEM AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, LIABILITIES, EXPENSES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES AND COSTS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY ACTION TAKEN BY LCG DURING OR AS A RESULT OF ITS INVESTIGATIONS AND/OR FROM ANY ACTIONS TAKEN AS A CONSEQUENCE OF INVESTIGATIONS BY EITHER LCG OR LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES.

Miscellaneous
These TOU&SP will be governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. You specifically consent to personal jurisdiction in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, County of Chester in connection with any dispute between you and LCG arising out of these TOU&SP or pertaining to the subject matter hereof. The parties to these TOU&SP each agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute between the parties arising out of these TOU&SP or pertaining to the subject matter of these TOU&SP shall be litigated and enforced under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the County of Chester or in the federal court system within which the County of Chester is located. If any part of these TOU&SP is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These TOU&SP constitute the entire agreement among the parties relating to the subject matter herein. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any additional terms and conditions on this site will govern the items to which they pertain. LCG may revise these TOU&SP at any time by updating this posting.

LCG reserves all rights not expressly granted herein. LCG hereby incorporates the provisions of all other Policies on the LCG web site, www.hrcontrarian.com, into this Policy.
