This flat fee includes all offsite preparation and onsite training for any program offered by Lukesh Consulting Group (LCG). Class size is limited to 10 attendees. Currently the programs offered by LCG include:

Open-Heart Conversations – A 21st Century Approach to Disciplinary Action, Performance Improvement, & Behavior Change: An Open-Heart Conversation is a methodology for initiating disciplinary action, improving performance, and/or changing behaviors that when implemented correctly actually strengthens the relationship between a manager and an employee. This program presents a conversational process for bringing clarity to an issue by avoiding conflict (i.e. anger, subtle acts of “sabotage,” litigation, etc.) through the use of the 2 basic psychological foundations of conflict.

Hire Great Employees: This program is designed for everyone in management who is responsible for interviewing candidates. This program will improve a manager’s interviewing skills in identifying the best performers as opposed to the best interview performances. Additionally, the program will present strategies and techniques for ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Improving Employee Performance With Process Evaluations: One of the most important jobs of a manager is the ability to pinpoint processes, behaviors, and results. This program will provide a manager with the tools for identifying improvements in performance by as much as 30%, as well as provide tools for measuring performance and monitoring productive and unproductive behaviors.

Process-Oriented Selling: In the current competitive environment, it is often noted that the ability to differentiate one product from another is nearly impossible. The predominant differentiators in selling today are the salesperson and the selling process he/she employs. The days of a salesperson winning a sale with personality, manipulative techniques, and glitzy presentations are over. Buyers are seeking salespeople who understand their businesses, who can help them build solutions in a consultative style, and who can deliver quantifiable results. This program provides salespeople with the practical skills that will improve sales the next day!
