Half-Day Training Program

This flat fee includes all offsite preparation and onsite training for any program offered by Lukesh Consulting Group (LCG). Class size is limited to 10 attendees. Currently the programs offered by LCG include:

1. Recognition, Reinforcement, & Rewards: This program develops an action plan for an organization that wants to improve employee engagement through the use of a combination of social recognition (handwritten note, verbal praise in front of peers, etc.) and tangible recognition (plaques, prizes, money, etc.).

2. Creating A Compensation & Incentive System: This program creates a plan of action for an organization that wants to implement a compensation system and/or incentive program that will attract and retain employees.
